What to Prepare
To make the most of your consultation, please gather the following if available:
For new construction : Technical description of the lot from the Land Title or Lot Plan
For Renovation: Old blueprint of the plan, if none, as-built or site measurements. We also do site visit with corresponding ocular fees if no one is available to do it.
Any inspiration images, mood boards, or Pinterest links
Site address or existing plans (PDFs, sketches, or photos welcome)
A rough idea of your desired timeline and budget
Notes on must-haves or specific features you envision
